We accept self-referrals and referrals from physicians, surgeons, attorneys, nurse case managers, employers, and insurance claims examiners. Fees are based on the usual and customary charges for clinical psychologists in this area or the medical-legal fee schedule for workers’ compensation. Our office is HIPAA compliant.
